Is CoAd Enroll only for PEO clients?

CoAd Enroll is the benefits administration platform for CoAd PEO clients. It's integrated with CoAd Quantum and the broader CoAd HR infrastructure.

How do employees access CoAd Enroll?

Through the CoAd Quantum employee self-service portal from any device, with no separate login required. If they can get to their pay stubs, they can get to their benefits enrollment.

What happens when an employee waives coverage?

Employees can waive any benefit during enrollment. Waivers are recorded and carrier transmissions reflect the decision. Employees who waive can elect coverage at the next open enrollment or qualifying life event.

How does CoAd Enroll handle mid-year plan changes?

Only qualifying life events allow mid-year benefit changes. Employees initiate the change in CoAd Enroll, upload required documentation, and the system routes it to HR for approval before updating carriers. The whole process is tracked and documented.
