What's a PEO, and how is it different from a payroll company?
A payroll company processes your payroll. A PEO becomes a co-employer, taking on payroll, benefits, HR, compliance, and risk as a shared responsibility. You get a full HR infrastructure, not just software.
Do I lose control of my employees in a PEO?
No. You stay in full control of who you hire, who you let go, what you pay people, and how they do their jobs. CoAd handles the HR administration and assumes employer-of-record status for tax and insurance purposes. 
What size businesses does CoAd serve?
