Account & Access
Will logins change?
No. Your login credentials remain the same. The only change is that you'll now visit our new website https://www.coad.com for anything you previously accessed through the old one. Same username, same password, new home.
Will support contacts change?
No. Your support contacts remain the same. Reach out the same way you always have.
Is my account manager or dedicated contact changing?
No. You'll continue working with the same account manager and team you know. No reassignments, no introductions to new reps.
Do I need to take any action on my end?
No action needed on your part. Everything continues as normal; we'll handle the rest behind the scenes.
Is the website changing?
Yes. Both the PrimePay and CoAdvantage websites have moved to https://www.coad.com. You'll now access information, resources, login, and services through our new website experience.
Services & technology
Are systems changing?
No. All systems will remain the same. You'll continue using the same platforms and tools you rely on today, no migration, no relearning, no disruption.
If I use PrimePay to run payroll, will the system change?
No. The payroll software and functionality remain the same. You'll continue using the same system you rely on today, with updated branding, a refreshed look and feel, and the new name, CoAd Pay.
Will there be service interruptions?
No. We are committed to ensuring zero disruption to your service. Business continues as usual.
Will the services I currently use still be available?
Yes. Every service you use today will continue to be available without interruption or modification.
Will I gain access to new products or features?
Not immediately but stay tuned. As we grow together, we look forward to bringing expanded capabilities and new offerings to you in the future.

Will my billing change?
No. Your billing process and timeline will remain the same.
Will pricing change?
No. Your current pricing remains in place. You will not see any changes to your rates.
What about my contract?
Your contract remains fully in effect. All existing terms, agreements, and commitments are honored as-is.
Payroll & Compliance
Will my payroll still run on time?
Absolutely. Payroll will run on schedule without any interruption. This is our top priority, and nothing changes that.
Will my tax filings, W-2s, and compliance reporting be affected?
No. All tax filings, W-2s, and compliance reporting will continue to be handled exactly as they are today, on time and accurately.
Will my historical payroll records still be accessible?
Yes. All your historical payroll data remains fully accessible, just as it always has been.
