What medical carriers are available?
CoAd works with multiple major carriers. Specific options vary by state and location, and your account team will walk you through what's available in your area. We'd rather show you the real options than list carriers that may not be in your market.
Can employees choose their own plan?
Yes. Employees can compare and select plan options during open enrollment through CoAd Enroll, including costs, coverage details, and dependent options. They can enroll online, from any device, at their own pace.
How does 401(k) employer matching work?
You set the match structure, for example 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of salary. The match is calculated and funded automatically through payroll, and plan design is flexible based on what works for your business.
What is an ICHRA and does CoAd support it?
An Individual Coverage HRA allows employers to reimburse employees for individual health insurance premiums instead of offering group coverage. It's a good fit for some business structures. Yes, CoAd supports ICHRA administration for eligible employers.
Who handles COBRA when an employee leaves?
CoAd handles it, required notices, election window tracking, and continuation payment processing. You don't need to manage any of it.
