Annual charity golf tournament will bring local golfers, sponsors and community supporters together in Ocala on Oct. 26
OCALA, Fla. — CoAd will host its 9th Annual Grip It-N-Rip It for Kids Golf Tournament on Monday, Oct. 26, at the Country Club of Ocala, bringing together golfers, sponsors and community supporters for a day of golf benefiting Arnette House.
Arnette House is an Ocala-based nonprofit dedicated to providing safe and effective programs that strengthen youth and families. Its programs include emergency shelter, long term group homes, and counseling for children and families experiencing crisis.
“The Grip It-N-Rip It for Kids Golf Tournament is something we look forward to every year because it gives us an opportunity to bring our clients, partners, employees and the local community together in support of an organization doing important work for local youth and families,” said Bill Barnette, CoAd Business Consultant, and tournament founder. “We’re proud to continue this tradition and grateful to everyone who helps make the tournament possible.”
The tournament will feature a variety of contests, raffles and prizes, including a 50/50 raffle, longest drive and closest-to-the-pin competitions. All golfers will also receive a goodie bag, with lunch served following the tournament.
Registration begins at 7:00 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. at the Country Club of Ocala. Individual registration is $235, while a foursome is $775.
A variety of sponsorship opportunities are also available, ranging from hole sponsorships to tournament-level sponsorships. Sponsors receive opportunities for visibility throughout the event and, at select levels, recognition across event media.
