Use the Quarterly Washington Family & Leave Tax Report to review and validate tax information if you have employees who work in Washington state, and for whom the Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave (WA FLI) tax returns must be filed on a quarterly basis. Use the report to verify data such as:
The report displays separate records about the employee and the employer with information about the due taxes for a person. The report has data for a person if at least one of these parties must pay a premium for the Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave tax.

About the UBI number: UBI is the Employer Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number of your company — the number of the employer for which the report includes tax and wage information. Tax Agency ID is the term that corresponds to UBI in CoAd.
If you utilize tax filing services, WA FLI information for tax filing is sent automatically with the Quarterly (RTS) file, and the quarterly tax returns are filed for you. If you do not utilize these services, you can use the report to file your WA FLI tax returns on your own.

UBI is the Employer Unified Business Identifier number of your company, and Tax Agency ID is the term that corresponds to UBI in CoAd. The field displays the identifier configured on the Company Tax Agency Identifier page for the employee's pay unit — the Washington Family Leave Insurance tax ID for employee records, and the Washington Employer Family Leave Insurance tax ID for employer records.
Only the records for employees display values in that column, and it shows the hours that are logged for the employee for payroll. If there are no hours available for payroll, the report uses the scheduled hours for the employee's position.
