Alaska sets a fixed clock for involuntary separations under Alaska Stat. 23.05.140. In full: Fired: within 3 working days. Quit: next regular payday at least 3 working days after notice. Pick the separation type, enter the last day and your next payday, and the calculator returns the latest date you can legally pay. Accrued PTO payout is a separate Alaska rule and is not included.
